There have been seasons in my life when I delayed decisions because I was afraid of making the wrong one.
Looking back, I realize that indecision often created more stress than the decision itself.
One lesson I have learned through ministry is that people frequently wait for complete certainty before moving forward. While wisdom is important, complete certainty is rarely available. At some point, we must act on what we know to be true.
Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us:
“Trust in Yahweh with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
Faith does not require knowing every detail of the road ahead. It requires trusting the One who does.
Have you ever looked back and realized that a decision you feared making became one of God’s greatest tools for growth in your life?
